AI Agents & Automation Miami | EIGHTY8

Bilingual AI agents and automation for Miami real estate, e-commerce and cross-border trade teams. Remote-first from the Netherlands, quoted per project.

Miami works as a gateway. Brickell's towers hold the banks, funds and law firms that finance business across Latin America and the Caribbean; PortMiami and Miami International Airport move the goods that follow the money; Wynwood and the Design District carry the creative and startup energy; Coral Gables houses the regional headquarters. Add eMerge Americas, a decade of financial and tech relocation into South Florida, and a residential property market that behaves like an asset class, and you get a metro whose business day genuinely runs in two languages.

That bilingual reality is not decoration. It is operations. A Brickell brokerage fields inbound leads from portals, paid ads and referrals in English and Spanish, and the speed of the first reply decides the deal. A cross-border e-commerce operation reconciles catalogues, customs paperwork and carrier exceptions across several markets. A hospitality group answers the same twenty questions on the phone and on WhatsApp all day. All of it is high-volume, rules-plus-judgment work. The exact shape of work that AI agents handle well when they are built with escalation paths instead of blind confidence.

EIGHTY8 is a Netherlands-based, remote-first AI automation and consultancy studio. Multilingual is not a feature we bolt on: our own platform ships in Dutch, English and Arabic, including right-to-left layout, so bilingual English/Spanish agents and content pipelines are an architectural habit for us rather than a surprise. We serve Miami remotely (no Florida office, no local number) with our afternoon covering your morning for live sessions. We automate lead qualification and routing, listing and catalogue operations, and document-heavy trade admin, and we quote every engagement per project rather than from a rate card.

Can you build AI agents that work in both English and Spanish?

Yes. We build multilingual systems by default. Our own platform ships Dutch, English and Arabic with right-to-left support, so handling two languages in one workflow is normal engineering for us, not an add-on. For Spanish output we agree a review loop with your Spanish-speaking team before anything reaches a customer, because tone in a sales conversation is not something a model should be trusted with unsupervised.

How would automation help a Brickell brokerage or property developer?

The bottleneck is almost always the first hour after an inquiry. An agent can enrich and qualify inbound leads from portals and ad campaigns, answer routine questions about a listing in the language the buyer used, book viewings against your calendar, and escalate anything unusual to a human with the full context attached. So your brokers spend their time on the conversations that convert.

What does a project cost?

Every engagement is quoted individually, based on its scope and complexity, after a free scoping call. We do not publish a price list: an inbound-lead agent, a catalogue pipeline and a custom AI system are different pieces of work. You receive a written scope, with the assumptions stated, before we start.

You are based in the Netherlands. How does that work day to day?

We deliver remotely. There is no Miami office and no US phone number. Our afternoon is your morning, which gives a reliable daily window for calls and reviews; the rest of the work runs async with a written update at the end of our day, so you find progress waiting when you start yours. Everything is documented in writing rather than left in someone's memory.
