# EIGHTY8: Full LLM Corpus > This file provides a long-form, AI-ingestible representation of EIGHTY8.nl's public content, published under the emerging `llms-full.txt` convention for large-language-model retrieval. All content mirrors what is publicly visible on eighty8.nl. --- ## What EIGHTY8 is EIGHTY8 is a Netherlands-based AI automation and consultancy studio (KVK 42137454). The lead story: **AI automation, SaaS and consultancy for companies that want their hours back**, from strategy to full execution. Delivery model: forward deployed engineering. Customer-facing engineers are embedded in the client's processes and systems, where they build, integrate and deploy AI solutions end-to-end. The signature proof point: a modern, conversion-focused website delivered live within 48 hours. The trade name EIGHTY8 is paired with the technology partnership Quantum Bytes AI, which provides the AI tooling layer behind the production pipeline. Brand line: *"Wij verkopen geen websites. Wij verkopen tijd."* (We don't sell websites. We sell time.) Primary languages: Dutch (NL, primary), English (EN), Arabic (AR). Primary services: 1. **AI Development**: Business automation, AI integrations, data analysis and custom AI systems trained on the client's own data and processes. 2. **Web Development**: Conversion-focused websites, live within 48–72 hours. Includes hosting, SSL and domain management via the managed service. 3. **Custom Development (Maatwerk)**: Bespoke full-stack applications (client portals, dashboards, SaaS products, internal tools, complex integrations). Secondary offerings: - **Website Roast** (lead-generation tool): submit any URL for an AI-generated critique scoring Design, Performance, Clarity, Mobile and SEO with letter grades and a shareable result card. - **Kennisbank (Knowledge Base)**: a 40-article Dutch support corpus covering hosting, email, DNS, website, security and general IT topics. - **Portfolio / Cases**: shipped projects across 7 industry groups (hospitality, beauty, fitness, e-commerce, health, construction, professional services). ## Delivery model: forward deployed engineering (FDE) EIGHTY8 works as forward deployed engineers: embedded AI engineers scope on the client's real data and processes, build automations and AI agents inside the client's existing systems, deploy them to production, and keep them running with a short feedback loop. Remote-first: the embedding is in the client's processes and tooling, not on-premise seats. ## Pricing model: nacalculatie (post-calculation) EIGHTY8 publishes **no fixed prices**. Every project is priced by post-calculation ("nacalculatie"), scoped to its complexity; clients always receive a clear quote up front before work starts. ## Ongoing engagement: three partnership levels After delivery EIGHTY8 stays on the system. Engagement levels differ by response time and reserved maintenance capacity, not by feature bundles. All three are delivered remotely, in the client's own tooling. Named levels, no published amounts: every engagement is scoped by post-calculation. | Level | First response (P2) | Included | Contract level | |---|---|---|---| | Connected team | 8 hours | 1–2 maintenance hours/month, hosting + SSL + backups, quarterly check and security updates, up to 4 change requests/month live within 48 hours | Starter/Standard | | Embedded team | 4 hours | Everything in Connected team + 4 maintenance hours/month, monthly check and performance optimisation, up to 8 change requests + 2 integration hours/month, P1 incidents handled outside office hours | Business | | Integrated team | 2 hours | Everything in Embedded team + 8 maintenance hours/month, weekly monitoring and priority support, 5 integration hours/month including custom connections, fixed point of contact expandable to unlimited | Enterprise | Response time means time to first response and analysis, not to resolution. The figures above apply to priority P2 (core functionality disrupted) on business days 09:00–17:00 CET; other priority levels have their own times, set out in article 21.1 of the terms. Separate from response time stands the 48-hour promise: a requested change is implemented within 48 hours. Minimum term is 12 months. Changes covered by an engagement include text adjustments, images and colors; new functionality, AI products and redesigns are quoted separately after consultation. All prices on post-calculation. Contact runs via the Intake Portal (eighty8.nl/portal), info@eighty8.nl or the on-site chat (no phone channel). ## Content - **Blog**: Dutch-language articles on web development, AI, SEO, pricing transparency and agency practice. - **Location pages**: city landing pages across the Netherlands, Belgium (Flanders), the United States, UAE, Iraq and France with city-specific FAQs and project-based pricing copy. - **Gallery**: community-submitted screenshots of sites built with EIGHTY8. ## Legal framework - **Terms**: modular general terms including Service Credits (1 credit = 1 hour of work, monthly expiry), a separate AI-services metering model, and a Fair Use Policy with a stepped enforcement ladder. - **Privacy**: names AI sub-processors under signed Data Processing Agreements with a no-training clause. ## Accessibility & performance The site targets WCAG 2.2 AA: keyboard-reachable interactive elements, visible focus rings, AA contrast, `prefers-reduced-motion` honored across all motion (including the scroll-driven brand film, which never ships video bytes to reduced-motion, Save-Data or low-end sessions). Performance follows a Core-Web-Vitals-first discipline: the hero headline is the LCP element, media is tier-gated, and the entry bundle is size-budgeted in CI. ## Canonical domain convention All canonical URLs use `https://eighty8.nl` without the `www.` prefix. hreflang variants use query parameters (`?lang=en`, `?lang=ar`) rather than path prefixes. ## Stack & certifications EIGHTY8 builds with the models listed below and runs its production stack on the platforms listed below. Client-data AI processing runs on Google Gemini (paid tier) under Google's data processing addendum, so prompts are not used for model training; Google Gemini is the AI sub-processor named in the privacy statement. Attribution is what it says: these are the platforms EIGHTY8 builds on and runs on, not partnerships. EIGHTY8 itself holds no ISO or SOC certification. The platforms it builds and runs on do, which is why every certificate links to that platform's own trust page. - Language & reasoning models (cloud): ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek - Image & video: Midjourney, GPT Image, Sora, Google Veo, Runway, Adobe Firefly - Open weight (runs on-premise too): Meta Llama, Mistral, Qwen, Gemma - Platforms & infrastructure: GitHub, Cloudflare, Railway, Vercel, AWS, Azure, Supabase, Stripe, Hugging Face Certifications of the platforms EIGHTY8 builds on (as of 2026-09-03, each taken from the platform's own trust page): - GitHub: ISO/IEC 27001:2022, SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2, SOC 3 (scope: GitHub Enterprise Cloud) · https://ghec.github.trust.page/ - Cloudflare: ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27018, ISO/IEC 27701, SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS Level 1 · https://www.cloudflare.com/trust-hub/compliance-resources/ - Railway: SOC 2 Type II and SOC 3 (no ISO certification and no PCI level published) · https://trust.railway.com/ - Stripe: PCI DSS Level 1 (service provider), SOC 1 + SOC 2 Type II (report on request), SOC 3 (public report) · https://docs.stripe.com/security/ - Google Cloud: ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001:2023, SOC 1/2/3 (scope: Google Cloud services; our Gemini API usage runs under Google's data processing addendum, paid tier) · https://cloud.google.com/security/compliance Client data sits under signed data processing agreements with a no-training clause; the sub-processors (Railway, Google Gemini, Cloudflare, our email provider, Stripe) are named in the [privacy statement](https://eighty8.nl/privacy).
